Glazing machine

The glazing machine is equipped with glass holders on both sides of the platform. These holders are equipped with vacuum suction cups to hoist glass plates. The handles arms are moved up and down by manipulators, which enables lifting, rotation and mounting of glass plates. The glass holders can be manually or hydraulically moved along the platform edges. In addition, on both sides of the machine there are forklift trucks for pulling glass pallets onto the work platform.
Machine self-levelling feature enables work in the field of up to 5-degree slope, and safe work in an uneven terrain.
The special platform with a load capacity up to 3000 kg design enables pulling additional bridges from two sides to create a very large work surface.
The glazing machine is equipped with a diesel engine with a set of hydraulic pumps. Hydraulic pumps drive the crawler tracks and give the opportunity to load, hoist and lower the working platform. The machine is equipped with radio control, 230V power supply converters and forklift trucks for pulling glass pallets.
