The Gędek company has been building Vento-type greenhouses since 1995.The first greenhouses in Poland did not exceed 0,5ha and were not higher than 3.5m.They were assembled mainly from used materials imported from Holland on the customer’s request. Today, after many years of development in Polish and European gardening, these are brand new constructions whose area amounts to even over 10ha and heights of over 6m. The greenhouses are computer-controlled, equipped with automatic ventilation, irrigation, shading and even internal transport. These factors directly influence improved production capacity and economy.

Our company from the very beginning implements all types of investments on the level of Dutch companies specializing in the construction of greenhouses.
We have advanced glazing platforms that enable glazing the greenhouse at any height with any type of glass roof. These platforms prove useful in the case of uneven surface which often happens during such investments.

Thanks to the machines we own, a group of 8 people can glaze a roof with the use of two platforms – this decreases the number of people required for the project by 50% and thus increases capacity as it prevents workers from too intensive physical effort. Thus we are able to obtain a stable amount of glazed square metres for the entire duration of the project.
With the use of glazing platforms, the glass is also automatically loaded and does not have to be manually handled up to the roof of the greenhouse. Whole pallets containing glass are automatically loaded onto the glazing platforms, thus reducing it from possible damage. Every glazing group in our company glazes from 5000m⊃2; of roof per week, on the assumption that the greenhouse has a 10,000m⊃2; area minimum.

Our company is also equipped with construction platforms. They allow preparing materials on the surface, combining them into blocks and then building the construction of any height. It is entirely automatic with a minimal participation of our workers who only need to combine blocks into one whole. The capacity of an 8 person group is around 0,5ha of surface per week for glazing, assuming that it is not less than 1ha.
